This program is designed as a 6 week rehab program broken down into 2 week phases. You will notice the frequency of performance changes as you enter each phase. This program phases goes as follows:
6 weeks → broken into 2 week phases (3 phases total)
Phase 1: Emphasis on improving flexibility, introduction to movement patterns, building isometric strength and tendon tolerance to dynamic movement
Phase 2: Emphasis on improving flexibility, increasing single leg stability and progressing proximal hip strength
Phase 3: Emphasis on return to eccentric and isotonic movement, increasing load tolerance and further building strength/capacity to movement.
