This program is designed as a 6 week rehab program broken down into 2 week phases. You will notice the frequency of performance changes as you enter each phase. This program phases goes as follows:
6 weeks → broken into 2 week phases (3 phases total)
Phase 1: Emphasis on improving range of motion, multi-directional mobility, and spinal stability
Phase 2: Emphasis on introduction to anti-resisted movements, spinal rotation, and further increased spinal stability with introduction to load
Phase 3: Emphasis on returning to isotonic movement, increasing load tolerance, and further building strength/capacity to movement.
