This program is designed as a 6 week rehab program broken down into 2 week phases. You will notice the frequency of performance changes as you enter each phase. This program phases goes as follows:
6 weeks → broken into 2 week phases (3 phases total)
Phase 1: Emphasis on improving range of motion and building isometric strength to improve tendon health. Introduction to parascapular movements, positional awareness, and increasing thoracic mobility.
Phase 2: Emphasis on building shoulder and scapular strength with introduction to overhead strengthening.
Phase 3: Emphasis on return to isotonic movement, increase load tolerance, and further build strength/capacity to movement.
